Terms of use
The rules for this website.
These terms govern your use of pegasus.ng. They are about the website itself — the supply of the Pegasus software is a separate agreement, and this page does not replace it.
Last updated 11 August 2026
Scope
This website is operated by OZOZA Technologies. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
These terms are not your software agreement. If you go on to license Pegasus, that supply — what you get, what it costs, support, uptime, data handling and termination — is governed by a separate written agreement between us and your business. Where the two differ, that agreement governs, not this page.
Using the site
You may read, share and print these pages for your own business purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it
- Interfere with its operation or availability for others
- Scrape or bulk-copy the content to republish it as your own, or to train a commercial product on it
- Use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist
Pricing published on this site
We publish prices because we think a hotel deserves a number it can budget against rather than a form to fill in. Some honest qualifications go with that:
- Prices are in Nigerian naira and are exclusive of any tax that applies to the supply.
- They are current at the date shown at the top of this page and may change. A price quoted to you in writing is the one that governs your purchase.
- On-premise installation, hardware and support figures are indicative starting points. Real installation costs depend on the building, and we quote those after a site survey rather than guessing at them.
- Which capabilities you receive depends on the tier you buy and how you deploy it.
Statements about future features
Where this site describes something as planned or in development — the hotel website and direct booking module is the current example — that is a statement of present intention, not a commitment to deliver by a particular date. Do not buy on the strength of a feature that is not yet built. If a planned capability is essential to you, get its timing written into your agreement.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and the site is provided on an “as is” basis. Descriptions here summarise how Pegasus works; they are not a specification.
Intellectual property
The content, design, artwork and source code of this site, the Pegasus name and the Pegasus mark are owned by OZOZA Technologies and protected by law. Nothing on this page transfers any right in them to you.
Links to other services
This site links to WhatsApp so that you can contact us. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data — see our Privacy Policy for who is involved when you contact us.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Questions
Anything unclear here, ask us at hello@pegasus.ng — we would rather explain a term than have you agree to something you have not read.
