One price per property, per year — never per user. What you pay depends on how many rooms you sell and how much of the hotel you want Pegasus to run. Everything below is a real number you can budget against.

Paying yearly costs ten months, not twelve — the monthly figure is exactly one tenth of the annual price.

The bigger the property, the less each room costs to run on Pegasus. Annual prices below; the monthly equivalent is one tenth of each figure.

Moving up a tier takes effect the same day — no reinstall, no migration, no losing a week of trading.
In every tier
Add the night porter, the new housekeeper, the accountant who visits on Fridays. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan, because charging a hotel per user just teaches it to share logins.
On-premise
On-premise is not a laptop under the front desk. Pegasus runs as a server on your own network, and every terminal that touches it — reception, each bar, each restaurant till, the back office — is a station on that network. Reception and the outlets are rarely near each other, so the cabling is most of the work.
Survey, server build, cabling, switch and router config, every station commissioned, printers mapped, staff trained, records migrated. Your staff network is kept separate from guest Wi-Fi.
Buy it yourself against our written spec and pay for installation only, or we source it at cost plus 15% and handle the warranty. Most hotels already own part of this.
Most faults are software or configuration, and we fix those over the encrypted tunnel the same day. Cover is sold on how fast we answer, not on a quota of visits — so the incentive is to solve it now, not to schedule a trip.
Further call-outs ₦95,000 within your state; outside it, ₦95,000 plus travel at cost — quoted before we book anything. A loan server is available if yours fails, subject to one being free.
Nightly encrypted backup to our cloud is included on every on-premise install, and restores are tested rather than assumed.
The licence costs the same either way. Everything above is the server, the cabling and the hands to install it — a one-off, not a surcharge on the software. Cloud has no deployment fee and no hardware at all; hosting, backups and updates sit inside the licence price. We'll recommend cloud unless your connectivity genuinely rules it out.
Not available yet — and we won't pretend otherwise. A branded website for your property with live availability and direct booking, so a guest can reserve without an OTA taking a cut. Everything else on this page runs today; this one is being built.
A property putting ₦6,000,000 a year through an OTA at 15% hands over ₦900,000 in commission. Moving even a third of that to direct booking pays for this twice over.
